Maintain control over the resale of tickets
Voorkom fraude met doorverkoop van tickets op externe platforms als Marktplaats en Facebook. Maak gebruik van Atleta Resale.
Atleta Resale maakt het voor deelnemers in het geval van verhindering of blessures mogelijk om hun ticket veilig door te verkopen. Via een speciale link die de deelnemer kan delen, of via de openbare Atleta Resale embed die je als organisator op je website kunt plaatsen.
Met Atleta's geavanceerde Resale technologie wordt het oude ticket vervangen door een nieuwe.
Atleta Resale in four steps
Your participants are important. Make the resale of tickets easy and safe.
Activate Resale
Reselling is only allowed if you allow it as an organizer. From the Atleta's organizer dashboard, you indicate whether your participants may resell a ticket.
Dashboard
From Atleta's self-service dashboard, your participant shares a unique link with friends or on Atleta's Resale platform. Here, one can safely purchase a ticket.
Automatic refund
The amount will be refunded to the seller once the ticket is sold. 5% goes to the organizer, this will be deducted from the refund. In addition, the buyer pays 5% service fee directly to Atleta.
New QR
Atleta generates a new QR code and deactivates the old one. The new participant receives a confirmation email and the old participant gets refunded.

The details
Participants can easily offer their ticket for sale via the participant dashboard.
Participants can share their personal sales link with a buyer.
After payment, the ticket will be securely transferred. The buyer will receive a new QR code.
The seller automatically receives the purchase amount back into his account via the used payment method.
They themselves fill in a selling price for the ticket. Never more than the original amount and not less than half.
If the event allows it, these tickets will also be offered on a public page via the Atleta Resale embed.
The event does not pay an Atleta-fee on resale transactions.
5% of the ticket will not be refunded, to compensate for the costs incurred by the event.
Ticket upgrades are always sold together, for the original price.
The buyer must fill in all required details for that ticket.
The buyer pays 5% Resale-fee over the selling price to Atleta.
Tickets can only be sold as long as changes to the registrations are not locked.
