Atleta ('we') provides a platform for organizers of (sports) events to sell tickets and upgrades to participants. In this privacy statement you will learn how and why we handle your data. About Atleta

Atleta is a trademark of Emolife Connect B.V., with a registered office at Barentszplein 2E, 1013 NJ, Amsterdam, The Netherlands and is registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under 34166146.

When using Atleta as an organizer, we will be responsible for controlling your personal data. When processing personal data of participants, we do this on behalf of the organizer. In that case, Atleta acts as a data processor, and the organizer of the (sports) event is responsible for controlling the data.

How will Atleta use your data?

When creating an account as an organizer, your e-mail address, first name and last name are requested. Your e-mail address is used to log in using a login code. Your name is used to offer a personal experience to you and to distinguish you from other organizers. This data is stored as long as you are associated with an event as an organizer or participant.

When buying a ticket or product (upgrade) as a participant, the organizer can choose to store any of the personal data below. In addition, the organizer can add and request additional fields himself.

• First name and last name

• E-mail address

• Date of birth

• Gender

• Address

• Phone number

• Emergency phone number

We process the above personal data for the organizer of the event for the following purposes:

• Giving access to your personal account where you can view all your orders.

• To provide you with an admission ticket on behalf of the organizer of the event.

• To comply with laws and regulations.

This data is stored for as long as the organizer of the (sports) event deems this necessary for the organization of their events.

Cookies

When using Atleta as an organizer, a participant or visitor, functional cookies can be placed to determine, for example, who is logged in. Furthermore, Atleta may place analytical cookies that only process anonymised data. Permission will be asked before placing any non-anonymised analytical or marketing cookies. Cookies may also be placed on the event page on behalf of the organizer for the same purposes. If the organizer places cookies, their purpose will be described in the organisation's privacy policy.

Sharing data with third parties

Personal data is processed by Atleta exclusively to support the organizer of the (sports) event and to be able to deliver tickets and upgrades to participants. Atleta can use services from third parties to process personal data, such as for sending e-mails. However, no parties outside the European Union are used for this and then a data processing agreement has been signed with each party.

Supporta

If participants choose to raise money for a charity, the participant's e-mail address and first and last name will be shared with the selected charity through fundraising platform Supporta.

Your data protection rights

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Atleta and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organization mentioned by you.

You can send requests to access, correct, delete or transfer your personal data, a request to withdraw your consent or a request to object to the processing of your personal data to info@atleta.cc.

Finally, we would like to point out that you have the possibility to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you believe that Atleta infringes the protection of your personal data.

Security

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against data loss and against any form of unlawful processing. Atleta is only accessible via secure connections and uses adequate access controls.
