Assign ticket to another participant
When a participant cannot attend your event and wishes to transfer their ticket to someone else, ask them to go to their personal dashboard, find the ticket, and reassign it by entering the email address of the other person.

As the organizer, you can also do this by searching for the participant and their purchase. You then click on the purchase that you want to assign to someone else and then on the dropdown menu (indicated by three dots). In this menu, you choose 'Assign registration' and select the person to whom you want to assign the ticket. If that person is not yet in Atleta, you should add them first in the participants overview. After assigning the registration, you can optionally send an email notification to the participant.
