Navigate to the event where you want to apply the discount via the menu. Go to the 'Coupons' tab and click on the 'Add a coupon' button if you do not have any discount codes yet, or 'Add coupon' if you have already created discount codes for this event.

• In the popup, enter the name of the code; you can create any name you like. 

• Select the type of discount code (percentage or amount).

• Enter a value and click on 'Add coupon'.

Once the coupon code is created, you can edit it. You can now:

• Change the name of the discount code.

• Adjust what type of coupon code it is (percentage or amount).

• Set which tickets and products the coupon code applies to. 

• Optionally, set a start and end date and time. 

• Set how many times the code can be used at most. 

Note: For coupon codes that provide a fixed amount of discount, usage is counted per order. For percentage discount codes, it is based on the number of purchases on which they have been applied. For group tickets, each individual ticket counts as a purchase.

Generate coupon codes 
Do you need a lot of coupon codes? Then generate a list of unique coupon codes that can each be used a maximum of once. This prevents codes from being (accidentally) distributed and falling into the wrong hands. You can download the generated codes and then create additional codes at any time.
