Everything you need to know to get started as an organizer

Adding products

Step 1 - Log in with Atleta

Log in with Atleta, go to events, and click on the event for which you want to add a product to the registration form.

Step 2 - Add product

Go to the Products tab and click on the Add Product button.

Step 3 - Fill in the information

  • Add a product or a donation.

  • Product name and availability.

  • Add an image and description.

  • Set a fixed price for the product or different prices per period.

  • Optionally add variations. Colours, sizes, etc.

  • Select a VAT percentage.

  • Protect the product with an invitation code.

  • Optionally add a general ledger account.
